As your child will be in our care
for an average 36 hours during the weekend program,
the more we know about her/him, the greater the
attention and fun we can have:

Mention all health
related problems in the registration forms.
»
State all allergies. State the
anti-allergin that the child normally takes.
Make two tablets available to the program.
»
Write down specific situations
and material that the child particularly likes
or hates (such as milk?).
»
Specific behavioral issues that
educators need to be aware of.
»
Make sure that you or someone
equally responsible is accessible on the phone
(cell/mobile, preferably landline) during the complete
hours that the child is in our care.
»
In case of special circumstances,
such as asthma, please make sure that the
program is made aware as to where you and your child place
supporting material such as inhalers.

LOGISTICS and COST
»
It is the
parent/guardian's responsibility to
assure that children come to the sessions
on time and are picked up on time.
»
It is preferable that
you bring along a minimum 3 mega pixel
camera that the child can have future
access to. If you have no access
to a digital camera, the program will
make one accessible to you.
»
If you bring your own
camera, make sure that there is adequate
space in the chip so that the child
can shoot as many photos that
she or he may chose to (300 at least).
»
Make sure that the batteries
are charged.
»
The program offers light
refreshment to the child. Please assure
that the child is fed well before you
bring him/her to the session
(six to twelve year olds without food
in their stomach will not be in a mood
to learn or have fun.
»
Make sure that the child
is appropriately clothed for the particular
season.
