artists, critics, editors, planners, and administrators
may apply to this partially subsidized program.
They may bring a friend or spouse. Grants and aid
packages are offered by cities, councils, universities,
and institutions in many countries for exchange
and promotion of topical, regional, and national
arts. You will have the opportunity to meet leading
writers and artists. You will go down to the Pokhara
Valley and the tropical Chitwan jungles where elephant
safaris and dug-out canoe rides await as you make
your presentations. You can continue on to a retreat
in a well-placed residence. Exchange and interaction
programs have been attended by people from England,
Germany, the United States, and Australia. |
